Some of Chef Giuseppe Ciuffa’s most treasured memories are of times spent making dinner with his father back in his hometown of Cori, Italy. The duo’s go-to dish was a risotto with foraged mushrooms and wild asparagus, drizzled with homemade olive oil, and then topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. To this day, Giuseppe’s learned love of hand-picked, local ingredients inspire his culinary creations. This Father’s Day, spend some time quality time with the man that helped shape you! Fresh Picked Summer Eats

Summer in San Diego is filled with sunshine, good vibes, and of course, delicious fresh produce! One of Chef’s favorite simple summer dishes is local corn slowly roasted on a wooden grill with Finlandia Butter. Some his favorite seasonal items include figs, melons, tomatoes, greens, and stone fruits, and since Giuseppe’s all about keeping things fresh, you’re sure to find these favorites and more in new seasonal dishes by Giuseppe Fine Catering, on the menus at Museum Café and Caroline’s, as well as on Bottega Americano’s all new summer menu set to launch on June 21.

One of the most rewarding parts of our job is working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Recently, magical moments from Katie and Keith’s colorful So Cal wedding were featured on 100 Layer Cake. The ceremony and reception were flawlessly unforgettable, and we’re so proud to have been a part of the team that helped deliver their dream.
