Post training meal


Today was my last heavy workout before the race next week, 60 miles on bike at race pace followed by 5 miles easy run
Hot and windy out there today
Felt good but really tired now
What a better way to recover with a good healthy lunch meal
Baby ruby butter lettuce with my own olive oil and balsamic
Rudy’s gluten free bread with organic hummus, farm tomatoes, Mary’s Chicken
Steamed California asparagus with lemon oil

Try it out…so fresh…so clean…so good
